The Renaissance utilizes a
No Chain Link approach.
All of the dog suites are
actual decorated rooms; we
believe your pet should be
comfortable and feel at
home during their stay.
Playtime, brushing, and a
mini-massage are offered at
no additional charge. We
encourage you to bring your
pets own diet to help keep
them consistent.

Your pet has a very sensitive
stomach and any changes
in diet can cause an
upset tummy!

Check In/Out Policy

Monday – Friday 7am - 7pm
Check in time 1pm -7pm and
Check out time 7am -11 am to
avoid $15 day care charge

Saturday 8am - 5pm
Check in time 1pm -5pm and
Check out time 8am -11 am to
avoid $15 day care charge

Sunday Boarding
10 am - 12 noon and 4pm - 6pm
Check in time 4pm -6pm and
check out 10am -12 noon to
avoid $15 day care charge

Grooming hours
7 am -7pm Monday – Friday
(last grooming appointment at 7pm)
Saturday 8 am -5pm
Sunday 10am – 6pm

Reservations over Holidays require a two night minimum stay and a deposit equal to one pet's stay to secure room.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to 1 pm on check-in date or deposit will be forfeited.
