Since we encourage you to bring things from home to make your pet's stay more enjoyable, we need a way to keep track of all the goodies. Please complete the Guest Inventory list prior to your arrival, making sure you are actually bringing items on the list. It is helpful to have your pet's first and last name on each item. We try very hard to ensure your pet comes home with all personal items.
Cancellation Policy: Please be courteous and advise us of your pet's cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. We may be able to accommodate pets on the waiting list to fill your pet's cancelled reservation. Once your pet have checked in, we require 24 hours advance notice, prior to the reschedule departure date, to accommodate changes in reservations; otherwise a change/cancellation fee equal to one night's boarding will apply. Excessive last minute cancellations, of new reservations, may require a credit card deposit to hold or confirm future dates.
All reservations that fall over a holiday weekend require a two night minimum stay and a deposit equal to 2 nights of charges for the first pet in order to secure the room. Until a deposit is applied to the account, the reservation is considered tentative and can be cancelled at anytime to accommodate pets on the waiting list. Should you need to cancel a confirmed reservation, the deposit is completely refundable providing you have given us 72 hours notice prior to the check in date.
Dog Boarding rates include a individual room with a raised or standard dog bed, a rug, brushing, mini-massage & playtime. Cat boarding rates include a multi-level condo with access to the room for playtime and comfort, a brushing, & a mini-massage. Medication administered (if required) by qualified staff and 24 hour on-site staff supervision. Daily candid photos are taken of our guests and posted on our online photo album.
We are staffed 24 hours a day. We would be happy to consult with your veterinarian if your pet requires extra care while a guest. You can take comfort in knowing that your pet is good hands at all times.
