GROOMING SERVICES AT RENAISSANCE PET RESORT & SPA

Up until October of 2010, Renaissance Pet Resort and Hollywoofs maintained separate locations. If you have been around the pass area a while, you probably remember Hollywoof's orginal location was on Sixth Street in Beaumont.

After 17 years in that location, on April of 2008, we moved Hollywoof's from Beaumont to Renaissance Pet Resort's original location on W Ramsey at 22nd Street. Seeing the benefits of offering our grooming customers wonderful service in one common location, Hollywoof's made its final move to the current location on the Renaissance Pet Resort property. 

The feedback we have received has only been positive. Our customers and their pets are truly benefiting from the merge and seeing the benefits of the wonderful customer service we can provide. 

FULLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED STAFF

We currently have three professional groomers, three bathers, and several support staff to take care of you and your pet's grooming needs. It is very important that your pet leaves our shop looking fresh, clean and the way you want him to look. Have a special request? Just Ask!

Maintaining your pet's coat is vital to his health, but pampering him is what he really wants and deserves. Let us pamper your furry friend! Our bathing and haircut services are inclusive, meaning you don't pay extra for nail trimming, gland expression, ear cleaning, or coat & skin care consultations.

Your pet's happiness and comfort is very important to us. We will reserve a grooming time for your pet and get them bathed and groomed as quickly as possible.

We prefer not to have them away from you any longer than the time our groomer's to make them beautiful. If you would like to plan a day or errands and appointments while you pet is being groomed, ask us about daycare!

We know your pet is very important and we would be happy to share with you ideas and suggestions to help you better care for your pet at home. Have you always wondered if you are using the correct brushes at home? How often should your pet be groomed? What dog doesn't love a facial? Our Blueberry facial is a tearless facial shampoo and brightener. The wonderfully gentle and aromatherapeutic ingredients include coconut & avocado oils, aloe, jojoba, and important vitamins to keep your pet's coat looking wonderful. We have hardwood floors in our home and with three fur-children, two of them long haired, vacuuming was a daily chore. Our pets are furminated on a monthly basis and, I happily report, its the best thing since sliced bread!

The treatment consists of a hair releasing shampoo and conditioner, followed by a brushing session with a specialized grooming tool. The tool releases the dead and loose hair, without trimming or cutting the coat. The result is a healthy, beautiful coat and a very happy parent! And, yes, that much hair really does come out! Ask us to bag up the hair - we'll probably have a trash bag for you!

Keeping you dog clean and fresh smelling all the time can be quite a job. With our Splash & Dash service, it couldn't be any easier! Just enroll in the monthly service for a low fee starting at $39.95 and you can bring your pet in for a bath and brush as often as you wish!
