Katryn Robinson
Owner

Katryn's world revolves around animals and is considered a great source of information on anything relating to our pets. She started in the Veterinary hospital setting, then advanced into dog and cat training, and now lives in real life dream world with Renaissance Pet Resort & Spa. She is a Licensed Guide Dog Trainer with State of California, a title held by only a small number of people. Katryn's affiliation with guide dogs, training and instruction, spans almost two decades and includes hundreds of dogs. Most recently, she was Director of Training for Guide Dogs of the Desert. Her time is now consumed by the day to day operations of the Renaissance Pet Resort & Spa and Hollywoof's Pet Salon making sure all pets are cared for in the best possible fashion. 

Katryn and her husband, Don, have 7 children. Her family also includes 4 four-legged fur children and an African Grey Parrot. Katryn is currently an active board member of the Banning Cultural Alliance and the Boys and Girls Club of the San Gorgonio Pass, and a columnist for Patch.com. Her opinion column, Katryn's Corner, is all about Pets.

Stacy Raines
Kennel Manager

Unable to have dogs in her apartment, Stacy considers all guests her kids. She takes the time to get to know all the pets and their favorite things. She has been part of the Renaissance Family since 2006.

Stacy has two cats and they rule her house.  

Lain Carrizal
Office Manager

Renaissance Pet Resort & Spa took care of Lain's two Shih Tzus long before she even came to work for us. After picking up her pups from a vacation stay, she asked for an application and so the story begins....

She has been an integral part of the office operations since 2007. Although she would love to be able to spend more time with all the guests, her job as Office Manager keeps her very busy. If you call to make a reservation, most likely, Lain will take your call and ensure all your pet's vaccinations and other requirements are up to date and on file with the office.

Lain is also Chief "Bird Caretaker" making sure Timber, our resident African Grey, is happy as well as the many birds that stay at Renaissance Pet Resort.

Although her two original pups have passed on, Lain and her husband, Sal, have two new Shih Tzus that keep them busy at home.
